I would suggest to you that having the pingback feature as part of your blog's comments section is not a good thing.I never read those little snippets. I would suggest that all they serve is maybe an ego boost to the blog's author to let them show that other blogs are linking to theirs. If it's necessary, maybe pingbacks could be in a second comment section below the main comments?
