As those of you who visited my Nairobi blog may remember, I consider Kenya to be "glorious chaos". Belgium may be "glorious order".I have never been to a city where posters were not just slapped up on random walls and light poles. But in Herentals, Belgium, there is a section of town dedicated to political posters. Each candidate wishing to advertize is allotted a specific section. I'm not sure if it's paid for by them or by public funds. And maybe the prime spot costs more? It would in America.
I don't know who won that particular election.
