...but to us, Chili's is not. We went there for the first time in maybe 3 years, last night. We all like Chili's, but there aren't any in Kenya.We spent a total of $3. Heather's sister Wendy gave her a gift card for her birthday. (Thanks Wendy!) We split three entrees between the five of us - and drank water. And then there was the tip. That's how to eat out on the cheap - at an expensive restaurant. (Chili's is expensive to us.)
