sim unlock it and get a t-mo account. $5/month for unlimited simple data (basic non-ssl web, pop/smtp/mapi email)... aka t-zones. the downside of course is t-mo still doesnt have a real 3g data network because they bought frequencies from the government and the government has been delinquent in relinquishing them. super cheap unlimited slow data is better than arm-and-a-leg fast data to me.
