Yes, it's true. Saturday, I test drove a Smart Car. I loved it. If I were rich, it would be in my stable.Negative: not a good transmission. (I agree with Car & Driver magazine on that one.)
If you're lucky enough to have a Smart dealership in your town, go for it!
